OUR BAKERY

Nolita isn’t just a restaurant – it’s also a bakery, where we bake sourdough and other treats from scratch every day. Our baker Saara bakes fresh bread for us every day using Malmgård organic flour. Order some bread on the side when you dine with us or grab some to take home!

Our artisan breads are available at cafés and restaurants across Helsinki, including our sister restaurants Nolla and Elm, and we also bake the milk bread for Café Tampopo.

We’re happy to accommodate larger orders for events or B2B needs. Just give us a call in the morning to check the day’s stock and reserve your bread, then come by to pick up your order.
